For the production of spirit, ripe pine cones are hand-picked, cut into small pieces, and carefully macerated in alcohol. The spirit is then gently distilled, preserving the essential oils and natural flavors of the pine.
Finally, the spirit is aged for at least one year to fully develop its flavor. The result is a clear, intense spirit with a distinctive, characteristic taste and a delicate woody note.
This Stone Pine Spirit contains extracts from nut shells.
