This Tyrolean fruit schnapps amazes above all with its fresh fruity bouquet and mild finish. In keeping with old Tyrolean farming traditions, only sun-ripened fruit is used for this fruit schnapps. The mash of apples, pears, apricots and plums is carefully distilled.
The Obstler is considered a classic of Tyrolean culture. Schnapps distilling has a very long tradition in Tyrol. In the past, the production of schnapps was a necessary method of preserving and utilising fruit. As fallen fruit and inedible fruits were also distilled, fruit schnapps of low quality was produced. Obstler has not yet completely lost this image, although it now more than meets all quality criteria. Today, these schnapps are of high quality with a distinctly fine taste and a beautiful finish.
