That's how you can place an order in the Alpenländische Spezialitäten Shop: Choose the desired products and add them to your cart by clicking on the green button. Go to your cart and proceed to checkout. If it's your first time ordering, you can either create an account or checkout as a guest. Enter your shipping address and select a payment and shipping method. Review your order and agree to the terms and conditions. Click "Place order" to complete your purchase. You'll receive an order confirmation by email, and your order will be processed.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reasons. We strive to ensure that your order is delivered quickly and completely. However, in rare cases, errors can occur and products may be missing from your order. If this is the case, we will quickly find a solution. Please contact us by phone or email and provide us with your order number and the item number(s) of the missing products. If a product in your order arrives damaged, please inform us immediately. If possible, please send us a photo of the damaged product and provide us with your order number as well as the item number or product name. We will then take immediate action and replace the damaged product.

AS Shipping
Once we receive your payment, your package will be shipped immediately. It is expected to take between two and a maximum of seven business days for the package to arrive. However, we have found that most packages are delivered within two days to Austria and Germany.
We offer standard deliveries to the following countries: Austria, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Italy, Finland, Portugal, Sweden, and Spain. At the Alpenländische Spezialitäten Shop, you can choose which delivery service you want to use to receive your package.
- Within Austria, you can choose between GLS, DPD, and the Austrian Post.
- For deliveries to Germany, you have the options of GLS, DPD, and the German Post.
- In the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, you can choose between GLS and DPD.
- If you order to other countries, your package will be delivered by GLS.
