This Swiss stone pine liqueur from the Tiroler Kräuterdestillerie is an exceptional speciality with a distinctive, slightly resinous flavour, subtle sweetness and delicate floral notes. Powerful yet harmonious, it beautifully showcases the natural character of Swiss stone pine.
For its production, freshly cut Swiss stone pine cones are prepared by hand using traditional methods and steeped in alcohol. During the five- to six-week maceration period, the intense, naturally resinous aromas and flavours of the pine cones are carefully transferred to the alcohol.
The extracts are then gently filtered, refined with a small amount of sugar and matured in barrels. The result is a unique Swiss stone pine liqueur with a pleasant forest note and a hint of walnut on the finish – spicy, authentic and harmonious.
