This exceptional fire liqueur has been a permanent part of Tyrolean spirits culture for many years. Produced by the traditional Baumann distillery, GletscherEis® combines fine extracts of high alpine herbs and bitter oranges to create a powerful, aromatic and spicy ice crystal liqueur with a distinctive character.
A true eye-catcher: the characteristic “ice crystals” inside the bottle – a trademark feature of the original. With an alcohol content of 50% Vol., GletscherEis® is ideal for the spectacular Tyrolean fire ritual. The crystal liqueur is ignited in the glass – depending on the burning time, the alcohol content changes, creating a different intensity of flavour and enjoyment.
