With innovative distillation technology and their strategically planned headquarters that makes sustainable use of the natural resources of the surrounding area, Walcher distills finest grapes in the water bath process. They give these grapes all the time of the world to reach exactly the right ripeness. Sustainability is taken into account throughout the entire production process, always with the aim of reproducing the uniqueness of the natural fruit in each drop.
The storage times of the raw materials are kept as short as possible and the waterbath bubble distillation process is carried out so gently that the distillates become highly aromatic taste experiences.
The noble Walcher Grappa are repeatedly awarded top marks internationally. Grappa Goldmuskateller, for example, was voted the winner of the variety and the Grappa of the Year.
