Rocco
Sparkling Rocco is the non-alcoholic apple aperitif from the heart of the South Tyrolean apple region of Merano. Josef Holzner grows the red-fleshed apples for Rocco himself on his Weinsepp farm in Lana. Since 2023, Florian Lair has been supporting the project, which stands for naturalness and sustainability. Sparkling Rocco has become a popular aperitif, characterised by enjoyment, naturalness and passion.
