Zirbin
In 2019, opera singer and Tyrolean by choice Florian Stern created Zirbin in Innsbruck – the first gin made with stone pine. Inspired by the Tyrolean mountains and the “Queen of the Alps,” the stone pine, he crafted a gin that proudly reflects its regional roots. What began as an idea for a special gift soon found its place in gastronomy, hotels and delicatessens – bringing the unmistakable aroma and taste of Tyrol into the glass ever since.
