Walcher Fichtenspitz is a high-quality premium liqueur made from fresh spruce shoots - also known as May tips - which are carefully hand-harvested in South Tyrol and macerated in fine wheat distillate. This traditional production method gives the liqueur its intense, nature-inspired character.
On the nose, it reveals the scent of a fresh coniferous forest, accompanied by resinous notes and a pleasant freshness. On the palate, this spruce tip liqueur is well-balanced and aromatic, offering a fine harmony between spicy depth and natural sweetness.
