This apricot brandy from South Tyrol is crafted from fully ripe, aromatic apricots that are carefully processed to preserve their full fruit potential. A period of maturation after distillation enhances its smoothness and gives the spirit its balanced harmony.
On the nose, it reveals an intense, fruity aroma of ripe apricots, accompanied by a pleasant natural sweetness. On the palate, the apricot brandy is soft and rounded, with a clear, pure fruit character and a silky-smooth texture. The balance between fruit, smoothness, and elegance lends it exceptional finesse.
