This premium Williams Christ Reserve from Roner is a clear pear brandy from South Tyrol. Nine kilograms of fully ripe South Tyrolean Williams Christ pears from the sunniest slopes of the region are used to produce 700 ml of this exquisite spirit. Thanks to the gentle double distillation process, the characteristic fruit aromas and varietal character are beautifully preserved.
After distillation, the brandy rests for one year in stainless steel tanks before being bottled in its distinctive black bottle. The aroma reveals intense notes of fully ripe Williams pears. On the palate, the Roner Williams Christ Reserve is harmonious, smooth and elegant, with a full body and a clear, expressive pear character. The finish is intense, refined and long-lasting.
