South Tyrolean Gentian by Roner
This original South Tyrolean gentian brandy from Roner is distilled in Tramin on the Wine Route according to an old tradition. The gentian roots are carefully fermented and gently distilled in small copper stills in a water bath. After a year of ageing in stainless steel, an unmistakable distillate with an intense aroma and delicately bitter flavour develops. Woody and earthy notes combine harmoniously with herbal flavours, accompanied by a pleasant sweetness. This gentian is a real treat for lovers of alpine specialties.

Enjoy this noble distillate from long-stemmed brandy glasses at a drinking temperature of 16°C. It tastes particularly good with meat dishes or as a digestif.
