This Roner Williams Privat is a single-varietal Williams Christ pear brandy from South Tyrol with a harmonious and full-bodied character. For this exceptional fruit brandy, fully ripe Williams Christ pears from a single orchard are carefully selected, highlighting the origin and terroir of the fruit. The carefully chosen pears give it its distinctive fruitiness and unique character.
The hand-harvested Williams Christ pears are double distilled in water-bath stills. This gentle process preserves the typical varietal aromas of the pear. The brandy is then aged for at least six months in stainless steel tanks, allowing it to develop its smooth structure and harmonious balance.
On the nose, Roner Williams Raritas reveals intense aromas of sweet Williams Christ pears. On the palate, it is full-bodied and fruit-forward, complemented by a delicate hint of bitterness. The finish is long-lasting and intense – a classic South Tyrolean fruit brandy for connoisseurs and lovers of fine spirits.
