This Roner Williams is the original from South Tyrol and is regarded as the queen of fruit spirits. It comes from the highly awarded Roner distillery, the most decorated distillery in Italy. For this premium pear brandy, carefully selected Williams-Christ pears are gently distilled using a double distillation process in a water bath, allowing their typical, full aroma to fully develop.
In the glass, this Williams appears clear and brilliant. On the nose, it reveals a fine and authentic pear bouquet. On the palate, it is harmonious and smooth, with rich notes of ripe pear and a subtle, slightly bitter nuance.
