This quince brandy is characterised by its captivating aroma of honey and the scent of ripe tropical fruit, typical of fully ripe quinces. Distillation reveals an impressive complexity of flavours. This pampers the nose and palate with an intense, fresh and fruity flavour. Up to 14 kg of quinces are macerated and distilled to produce one bottle of this brandy. Due to the rarity of the quince, this brandy is limited and truly special.
