This exclusive rowanberry brandy from South Tyrol is made from carefully selected, fully ripe rowanberries sourced from farmers in the region around Tramin on the Wine Road. The small orange berries are gently macerated and distilled to preserve their distinctive flavour as faithfully as possible.
After distillation, this clear and refined rowanberry schnapps, as it is popularly known, matures for one year in stainless steel tanks, developing its harmonious and full-bodied character. On the nose, this fine brandy is intense, with a lightly fruity bouquet and delicate almond notes. On the palate, the rowanberry brandy is powerful, balanced and elegant, accompanied by a long, harmonious finish.
