This exquisite Tyrolean Williams Brandy is distilled exclusively from sun-ripened, hand-selected Williams pears from South Tyrol. The fully ripe fruit comes from the Val Venosta and the area around Termeno, where significant differences between daytime and nighttime temperatures create ideal conditions for developing its distinctive, spicy-fruity aroma. After complete fermentation, the spirit is carefully distilled twice to preserve the full character of the fruit.
The Williams pear brandy is then left to mature for at least two years. This extended ageing period gives it exceptional balance and a refined character. On the palate, it is delicate, fruity and full-bodied, followed by a powerful, long-lasting finish.
