This Roner Grappa Pinot Blanc Invecchiata from South Tyrol is a single-varietal, award-winning grappa with an elegant and harmonious character. Made from the pomace of Pinot Blanc grapes grown above Lake Kaltern, it combines the delicate fruitiness of the grape variety with the warm aromas developed through careful oak ageing. Delicate notes of apple, cherry and other fruit aromas, complemented by subtle woody nuances, make it a special experience for lovers of premium grappa from the Roner distillery.
After 12 months of ageing in new oak casks, specially prepared with a unique toasting process by the Roner distillery, this Pinot Blanc grappa develops its characteristic golden colour and its floral, fruit-driven bouquet. On the palate, it is smooth, balanced and full-bodied, with fruit and oak notes blending harmoniously. The finish is pleasantly soft and long-lasting.
