This elegant Roner Grappa from South Tyrol combines single-varietal Chardonnay pomace with the many years of distilling expertise of the traditional Roner distillery in Tramin on the Wine Road. Before distillation, the Chardonnay pomace is pressed particularly gently in order to preserve the delicate fruit aromas as effectively as possible. The clear grappa is then left to rest for one year in stainless steel tanks, allowing it to develop its harmonious, fresh and varietally typical expression.
On the nose, this grappa is seductive, fruity and elegant. Exotic fruit aromas combine with fine floral nuances to create an inviting bouquet. On the palate, it is fresh, full-bodied and harmonious, with a distinct Chardonnay character and a pleasantly long finish. Maturation in stainless steel tanks emphasizes its pure, fruit-driven character and makes it a particularly well-balanced grappa from South Tyrol.
