This Roner Kirschwasser is a high-quality, double-distilled fruit brandy made from carefully selected cherries from South Tyrol. Produced at the traditional Roner distillery, this clear and characterful spirit is crafted through gentle distillation, preserving the natural fruitiness of the cherries in an elegant and authentic way.
On the nose, it reveals an intense, ripe cherry aroma with subtle sweetness and delicate hints of bitter almond. On the palate, the brandy is smooth, rounded, and well-balanced, with juicy fruit notes, fine spice, and a pleasantly structured mouthfeel. The finish is long, fruit-driven, and elegant.
For production, fully ripened cherries from regional orchards are carefully selected and double distilled at the distillery. This traditional method ensures that the natural fruit aromas are preserved at their purest. The spirit is then matured for around one year in stainless steel tanks before being bottled clear.
