This Walcher Gin Sole e Luna PX combines Mediterranean gin craftsmanship with exceptional barrel aging. This Distilled Dry Gin is made using 24 carefully selected Mediterranean botanicals from certified organic cultivation. It is then aged for 16 months in a small oak barrel previously used for Pedro Ximénez Sherry.
This elaborate aging process makes Sole e Luna a rare specialty for discerning gin lovers. Rather than enjoying it primarily as a cocktail ingredient, Walcher recommends savoring it neat and in small sips – much like a fine whisky. If desired, a single ice cube adds the perfect finishing touch to the tasting experience. It is also an excellent choice as a digestif after a hearty meal.
