This Roner Grappa Bianca is a traditional South Tyrolean grappa with 38% vol., made from a balanced blend of high-quality red and white grape pomace. It is distilled in Termeno on the South Tyrolean Wine Road, where Roner’s many years of expertise ensure a particularly clear and harmonious style. After distillation, the grappa matures for one year in a stainless-steel tank, preserving its fresh and pure aromatic character.
In the glass, Roner Grappa Bianca appears clear and brilliant. Its aroma is clean, fruity and floral, with a delicate, youthful expressiveness. On the palate, it is balanced, dry and pleasant, with a bold character and harmonious structure. The finish is refined and long-lasting.
The combination of carefully selected red and white grape pomace, traditional distillation and one year of maturation in a stainless-steel tank gives this grappa its well-balanced character. It represents authentic South Tyrolean distilling craftsmanship and is ideal for connoisseurs who appreciate a classic, dry and straightforward grappa.
