This Trockenbeerenauslese Bio from Winery Auer is a rare naturally sweet speciality from the range of Leopold Auer and his family. It is produced only in the finest suitable years from fully ripe and mostly shrivelled grapes that are carefully harvested by hand in December.
The cuvée consists of Riesling and Pinot Blanc. After harvest, the grapes are gently processed and the wine is matured exclusively in stainless steel tanks. This preserves the varietal fruit, crystal-clear fruit expression and elegant character with particular precision. With 8% Vol. alcohol, this exclusive Prädikat wine is intense and refined while remaining lively and beautifully balanced.
