This Rosé 20/26 from Elena Walch is the winery’s latest creation and was made just in time for the summer season, perfect for a fine glass on the terrace. The name refers to the precise vinification: the grapes are harvested at 20 degrees Babo and fermented at a maximum of 26 °C.
In the glass, it displays a charming salmon hue. On the nose, it reveals expressive aromas of raspberries, strawberries and delicate citrus notes. On the palate, it is lively, fresh and juicy, with fine texture, great finesse and elegant drinkability. Its uncomplicated yet precise style makes it an ideal rosé for sunny days and social occasions.
