This Auslese Bio from Winery Auer comes from Rotgipfler and Zierfandler vineyards in Gumpoldskirchen. The fully ripe and partially shrivelled grapes are carefully harvested by hand and then gently processed.
To preserve the clear varietal fruit character, this Prädikat wine is matured solely in stainless steel tanks. The Auslese is the only sweet wine in the winery’s otherwise exclusively dry range that is produced every year. With 112.1 g/l of residual sugar, relatively high acidity and only 9% Vol. alcohol, it is delicate, refined and light. An elegant sweet wine bearing the clear signature of Leopold Auer and his family – pleasantly easy to drink and ideal for special moments of indulgence.
