Fruit Brandy
Fruit brandies are alcoholic spirits produced through the distillation of fermented mashes. High-quality brandies only use the heart of the pure and precious fruit distillate, which is 100% natural.
Noble brandy with an alcohol content of over 70% vol. is initially obtained. Ultimately, this natural concentrate is simply reduced to the desired alcohol content of 40% vol. with the addition of distilled water.
