This Tyrolean Cream Honey is made from the blossoms of the region’s spring meadows. Cherry and apple trees, dandelions and other wildflowers provide the nectar for this delicately mild honey specialty. Collected by the bees of the Span family apiary in the breathtaking mountain landscape of the Stubai Valley, this golden blossom honey is then carefully refined by hand.
Its particularly creamy, spreadable texture is achieved through gentle stirring during the crystallization phase. This makes it especially popular with families – the honey doesn’t drip and is easy to portion.
