This high-quality Sole e Luna Bianco is an Italian organic vermouth that combines selected Bianco di Custoza organic wine with 30 carefully chosen herbs, spices and botanicals.
The selected ingredients include common wormwood, Roman wormwood, elderflower, savory, chamomile, gentian root and coriander. Together with other fine botanicals, they create a complex, fruity and fresh organic vermouth with a distinctive character.
On the nose and palate, Sole e Luna Bianco is elegant, aromatic and well-balanced. Fine notes of elderflower, wormwood, lemon and spicy rosemary combine with delicate sweetness, subtle nuances of quince and a hint of fresh mint.
