This high-quality and multiple gold-award-winning Walcher Tramonto Rosso is an Italian organic vermouth made from fine IGP organic red wine from Tuscany. Caramel colouring is deliberately not used.
The typical Sangiovese grape gives this elegant organic aperitif its remarkable fullness and distinctive red wine character. Based on a traditional recipe passed down through generations, it is refined with 16 different hand-picked botanicals. These include common wormwood, cinchona bark, hyssop, angelica root, thyme, yarrow and sage. Together, they provide the aromatic depth, fine spice and stimulating character of this special organic vermouth.
On the palate, Tramonto Rosso is full-bodied, elegant and complex. The powerful red wine base combines with spicy herbal notes, fine bitterness and harmonious sweetness to create a stylish Italian fortified wine for discerning connoisseurs.
Served neat with ice cubes, this Vermouth Rosso reveals its elegant aperitif character. As an organic cocktail ingredient, it is ideal for a special Americano and lends classic as well as modern drinks an expressive Mediterranean touch.
