When the mountain meadows of the Stubai Valley burst into bloom, the bees of the Span family apiary collect the nectar for this special honey. Formed under cool nights and sunny days, it naturally reflects the diversity of Alpine blossoms – shaped by Alpine roses and other mountain flowers.
Because the abundance of blossoms and weather conditions vary each year, the flavor of this honey also changes slightly: sometimes lighter and more floral, sometimes darker and more robust. Yet every jar reflects the same care, regional character and handcrafted quality.
