This Roner Holler Sambo is an original South Tyrolean elderflower liqueur and the perfect base for a classic Hugo, a refreshing aperitif made with Prosecco, elderflower liqueur, sparkling water and fresh mint. Its delicately fragrant bouquet and balanced sweetness make Sambo liqueur a special choice for lovers of floral liqueurs.
In the Alps, making fragrant elderflower syrup in spring has a long tradition. Roner embraces this tradition and refines it into an elegant elderflower liqueur. In the glass, Holler Sambo displays a very pale amber colour. On the nose, floral elderflower aromas dominate, accompanied by delicate fruity notes. On the palate, it is sweet, distinctive and full-bodied, yet pleasantly fresh. The finish is fresh and long-lasting.
