This is a desirable Sauvignon Blanc with unique flavours of gooseberries and peppers. Rich in finesse on the palate and therefore immensely stimulating to drink.
Enjoyment tip from Tyrol
Preferred drinking temperature: 14°C-16°C. Ideal with fresh salads, dressings with lemon, vinigrette, bean and pea risotto. Pairs well with ingredients such as peas, beans, asparagus, tomatoes, zucchini.
