This Zirler Goas® almond and egg cocktail is a true classic from the Tiroler Kräuterdestillerie and has been produced for more than 50 years. This traditional speciality is made with fresh milk from a Zillertal dairy, quality eggs, delicate almonds and genuine Jamaican rum.
The almond and egg liqueur tastes wonderful neat and is also ideal for adding a creamy touch to hot drinks or for mixing a wide variety of imaginative cocktails.
As this pure natural product contains no additives, the individual ingredients may separate over time. This is completely normal and a sign of quality. The bottle should therefore always be shaken well before opening.

Zirler Goas is a pure natural product. This cocktail liqueur is made using fresh dairy milk from the Zillertal valley and quality eggs, combined with rum, mild brandy and herbal extracts. Both the eggs and the milk have been pasteurised.
As no artificial additives are used, however, the individual ingredients may separate and settle in the bottle. This is completely normal and is, in fact, a sign of quality. Any liqueur containing egg should therefore always be shaken well before opening the bottle.
Homemade egg liqueur should always be stored in the refrigerator. Zirler Goas, however, has an alcohol content of 20% ABV and can therefore be safely stored at room temperature.
