A salmon colored rosé with delicate aromas of rhubarb, red gooseberries, figs and blueberries. Juicy and rich while melting delicately, with a fresh acid structure, balanced with tremendous spiciness at the core.

The extravagant Illyrian climate of the 2021 vintage led to a late flowering and postponed the grape harvest to late autumn. The varied weather conditions led to a fresh acid structure and are responsible for the distinct aromas with deep and piquant spiciness in this Rosé.
