A traditional recipe passed down through generations is the secret behind this full-bodied Tyrolean Alpine Herbal Spirit. Selected herbs, roots, seeds, and berries come together to create an authentic Tyrolean speciality with a bold character and a pleasantly harmonious finish.
Herb gatherers bring carefully selected ingredients from the valleys and high Alpine pastures of the Tyrolean mountains. The freshly gathered herbs, seeds, and berries are first gently macerated in alcohol. The resulting herbal extracts are then carefully distilled and thoroughly filtered.
The Alpine Herbal Spirit is then transferred to barrels for maturation. It is bottled only after ageing for at least twelve months. This allows the diverse herbal aromas to blend perfectly and develop their balanced, distinctive flavour.
