This Tyrolean Hazelnut Liqueur is a velvety, captivating nut speciality with a delicate scent of nougat cream and the smooth, sweet flavour of roasted hazelnuts. Its production combines skilled craftsmanship with modern technology, bringing together the natural taste of fully ripened hazelnuts and fine alcohol.
To create this speciality, the hazelnuts are first carefully roasted, gently crushed, and then macerated in pure alcohol for around one month. This allows their intense, nutty flavour notes to develop fully. The macerate is then gently distilled and only lightly sweetened. This preserves its distinctive nutty bouquet, which blends beautifully with a pleasantly soft, velvety, and subtle sweetness.
