Herbal bitter
A herbal bitter is a spirit that is traditionally made from a variety of aromatic herbs. Herbal bitters taste tart and have only a very low sugar content. The alcohol content is at least 32% by volume.
Herbal bitters have been known for centuries and were often used as a remedy in the past. Today, however, they are popular as a drink for enjoyment and relaxation. A popular herbal bitter from our distillery is the Tiroler Bauern Bitter.
