A lovely white wine with subtle spice and elegant, exotic notes of pineapple, fresh lemons, limes and a hint of gooseberries. Intense aromas of juicy muscat grapes and elderberry with a nice residual sugar spike, crisp and fresh.
In 2018, a new wine was (un)intentionally created in an independent, uncontrolled fermentation process. A yellow Muscatel with a lovely residual sugar content. The successor, the 2021 vintage grown in varied weather and the resulting late harvest time, is made of fully ripe grapes with an intense muscat aroma.
